Six-Pack Pizookie (Recipe)


So honestly, I've never even had a real pizookie. But I've seen them in pictures and they look BOMB. I tried a couple different recipes I found online but I ended up adjusting them and came up with this version that I feel is much better and loaded with protein.

Ingredients

-1 scoop vanilla protein powder

-1 cup pumpkin puree

-3 rounded tablespoons cocoa powder

-1/2 cup egg whites

-1/4 cup Ripple Pea Milk 

-1 whole egg

-2 tablespoons erythritol

-5 drops liquid stevia

-1 pinch of baking powder

Toppings

-chocolate chips 

-2 scoops Six-Pack Creamery Lean Mean Vanilla Bean

 

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 375

Using a food processor or nutri bullet, blend all ingredients (excluding toppings) into a thick batter. Then, pour into a greased oven-safe dish or use a cast iron skillet for the full effect. Top with Chocolate chips and place into the oven.

Bake for about 15 minutes or when you can stick a toothpick into the center and remove with no residue.
